1. Services
Boulder Brothers LLC provides landscaping services including, but not limited to, lawn care, landscape design, installation, maintenance, of stone, pavers and related outdoor services. All services are subject to availability and weather conditions.
2. Estimates & Pricing
All estimates are provided in good faith based on visible conditions and customer-provided information. Prices may change if project scope changes, unforeseen conditions arise, or additional services are requested. Any changes will be communicated prior to proceeding.
3. Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total project cost is required to schedule any service.

The remaining 75% balance is due upon completion of the agreed-upon work.

Failure to submit final payment may result in delayed future services or collection actions as permitted under Michigan law.
4. Non-Refundable Deposit
The 25% scheduling deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations, delays, or changes initiated by the customer. This deposit secures scheduling, planning, and administrative resources.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Customers may request to reschedule services with reasonable notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability and weather conditions. Deposits will be applied to the rescheduled date but will not be refunded.
6. Weather Delays
Landscaping services are weather-dependent. Boulder Brothers LLC reserves the right to delay or reschedule services due to unsafe or unsuitable weather conditions common in Michigan. Weather-related delays do not qualify for refunds.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:

Provide clear access to the work area

Mark or disclose underground utilities, irrigation systems, pet containment systems, or hazards

Secure pets during service times
Boulder Brothers LLC is not responsible for damage caused by undisclosed or unmarked obstacles.
8. Satisfaction & Workmanship
If you have concerns about completed work, you must notify us within 48 hours of project completion. While refunds are not provided for completed services, we will make reasonable efforts to address legitimate workmanship issues.
9. Property Damage
We take care to protect your property; however, minor disturbances to soil, grass, or surrounding areas may occur during landscaping work. Boulder Brothers LLC is not responsible for pre-existing property conditions.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Michigan law, Boulder Brothers LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, images, logos, and designs—is the property of Boulder Brothers LLC and may not be used without written permission.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to Terms
