One-Year Warranty

on Stonework and Pavers

 

Warranty Coverage
Boulder Brothers LLC (“Contractor”) warrants that all stonework and paver installation work performed by Contractor will be free from defects in workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of substantial completion of the project.

This warranty applies solely to workmanship provided by Contractor and does not extend to materials unless otherwise stated by the material manufacturer.

What Is Covered
During the one-year warranty period, Contractor will repair or replace, at its discretion, any portion of the stonework or pavers that fails due to defective workmanship, including but not limited to:

• Improper installation resulting in loose, shifting, or uneven pavers

• Mortar or joint failure caused by workmanship

• Structural issues directly attributable to Contractor’s installation methods

Repairs under this warranty will be performed at no cost to the client for labor.

What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:

• Natural settling of soil or subgrade movement

• Cracking, chipping, or color variation of stone or pavers

• Efflorescence, staining, or discoloration

• Damage caused by freeze/thaw cycles, erosion, flooding, earthquakes, or other acts of nature

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, or improper drainage

• Alterations, repairs, or additions performed by anyone other than Contractor

• Damage caused by vehicles, heavy equipment, or excessive loads

• Normal wear and tear

Materials are subject only to the warranties, if any, provided by the manufacturer.

Owner Responsibilities
The owner is responsible for proper care and maintenance of stonework and pavers, including maintaining appropriate drainage and promptly addressing any conditions that could cause damage.

Warranty Claims
To make a warranty claim, the owner must notify Boulder Brothers LLC in writing within the warranty period and allow reasonable access to the work for inspection and repair. Failure to provide timely notice may void this warranty.

Limitations
This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Contractor. All other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly disclaimed to the extent permitted by law.

Contractor’s liability under this warranty is limited to the original contract value of the work performed and shall not include incidental or consequential damages.

Transferability
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original owner at the original installation location.
